New: biomed service plans now cover imaging fleets

Verity

About Verity

We take responsibility for the equipment, so clinicians don’t have to.

Founded in 2014 by biomedical engineers who were tired of unpacking boxes in hospital corridors. Today we equip more than 1,400 facilities from three ISO 13485 hubs.

Our story

Started in a hospital basement, built for the whole building.

In 2014 our founders ran the biomed department of a 400-bed teaching hospital. Every new device meant a dozen suppliers, missing paperwork and nurses unpacking boxes between shifts.

So they built a different kind of supplier: one that sources from authorized channels, inspects every unit before it ships, installs it with its own engineers and stays accountable for its whole service life.

Today Verity equips more than 1,400 facilities from three regional hubs, and every device we supply still passes through the hands of a biomedical engineer.

Our approach

Why hospitals choose one accountable partner.

Verity was built on a simple idea: the team that sources a device should also install it, service it and answer for it.

Engineers first

Our founders ran a hospital biomed department before they ran a supplier. That shows in how we work: every quote is reviewed by an engineer, every device is tested by an engineer and every installation is signed off by an engineer.

One record for every device

From purchase order to retirement, each device has one record: where it came from, how it was configured, every test, every repair and every recall. Your clinical engineering, finance and quality teams all read the same history.

Regional hubs, local engineers

Our three ISO 13485 hubs in Boston, Columbus and Reno hold safety stock, run incoming QA and dispatch our own installation crews. Next-day reach covers the continental United States.

Built for long relationships

Most of our customers started with a single department. The average customer has worked with us for more than six years, and more than half of new business comes from existing customers adding sites or services.

How we work

Three promises we hold ourselves to.

01

Traceable

Every device is sourced from an authorized channel and traceable from factory to room.

02

Tested

Nothing ships until a biomedical engineer has inspected and safety-tested it.

03

Accountable

One project lead and one record for each device, for its whole service life.
