New: biomed service plans now cover imaging fleets
Programs and pricing
Pay for equipment, not for a platform.
Buy per order, lock pricing in an annual supply agreement, or run a whole health system on one program. Service levels are written into every plan.

Pricing explained
How clinical equipment pricing really works.
List prices, contract pricing and agreements explained, so you can compare quotes like for like.
List price versus contract price
List price is the manufacturer’s published price and almost nobody pays it. Contract price reflects your GPO, framework or direct agreement, plus volume and timing. Always compare quotes at contract price.
What an annual agreement locks in
An annual supply agreement fixes unit pricing for the products on your formulary, delivery lead times and service response times for twelve months. It also gives you a named project lead and quarterly reviews of spend and fleet health.
When a health-system program makes sense
Networks with four or more hospitals usually save most by standardizing across sites. A health-system program adds multi-year pricing, fleet replacement planning and four-hour loaners on critical lines.
No platform or membership fees
You pay for equipment, consumables and the services you choose. Programs change what is included, never whether you are allowed to buy.
