Room planning

We plan each operating room as a whole: table position, light and boom reach, gas outlets, power and data. Ceiling surveys and load calculations are completed with your facilities team before anything is drilled or mounted.

Staging and closure windows

All equipment for a room is received, inspected and staged in our hub, then delivered together. Installation happens in a single agreed closure window, so theatre lists are disrupted for days rather than weeks.

Integration and testing

Integrated surgical systems, video routing and anesthesia records are tested together before handover. Electrosurgical units and smoke evacuation are safety tested and configured to your surgeons’ preferences.

Training and handover

Theatre staff receive hands-on training on tables, lights and positioning accessories. The handover pack includes acceptance reports, user guides and planned maintenance dates for every device in the room.
